Adult Therapy

Many adults come to therapy because something in life no longer feels right. This may show up as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck in old patterns. Sometimes it is clear what brought you in, and other times it takes a little space and reflection to discover what feels “out of alignment.” In our work together, I aim to create a space where you can explore what matters most, reconnect with who you are, and begin to live in a way that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Adolescence Therapy
Adolescence is a time of discovery, growth, and transition. Therapy often involves helping teens find balance between school, friendships, and family life while building confidence and independence. I also know that teens and parents often see things differently, which can create conflict and confusion. When helpful, I include family members in sessions to strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, and make this stage of development more rewarding for everyone.

Child Therapy (Ages 5 and Up)

Children often express what they are feeling through play, behavior, and imagination. In therapy, I use developmentally appropriate approaches to help children put words to their feelings, build coping skills, and find healthy ways to express themselves. My goal is to support children in feeling safe and understood, while also helping parents learn how to respond in ways that encourage growth and resilience at home.
Group Therapy

Group therapy can be a powerful way to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. In groups, clients practice communication, give and receive feedback, and explore themes of authenticity, trust, and belonging. For some, group therapy supports the work they are already doing in individual sessions. For others, it becomes a primary space for healing and growth. It can also be the next step for those who have been in one on one therapy, a chance to put into practice what you have learned, test it out with others, and still do so within a safe and supportive environment.
I offer different types of groups, including those focused on building and strengthening connections, support groups that provide a safe place to share and receive understanding, and imaginative, engaging spaces such as Dungeons and Therapy that use creativity and play to foster healing and growth.
